This workshop will explore how to create fast, loose, gestural paintings – made with intention and without fussing. A series of energetic painting exercises will unleash that feeling of spontaneity in your work. We’ll simplify the painting process, pick up the pace and learn ways to circumvent overworking a painting. All levels are welcome.

  • Fruit, vegetables, vessels, fabric - we are painting small panels, so make sure objects/vases are on the smaller size - small jars like honey, mustard, etc. work great.
